The Management of Health Solutions Inc (HSI) is pleased to update the progress made in its kidney disease public awareness campaign that has been ongoing since March of this year. Since the initial visit at the Variety Medical Complex in Arnos Vale, HSI management and staff have made visits at the following medical facilities in SVG:
Milton Cato Memorial Hospital – Kingstown
Kingstown District Medical Clinic
Levi Latham Health Center – Mesopotamia Valley
Georgetown Hospital
Port Elizabeth Hospital in Bequia
These visits are in addition to interviews on various programs aired on local radio stations including NICE Radio, WE FM and Cross Country Radio, just to name a few. HSI plans to make further visits to other health care facilities in SVG in the coming weeks and months.
Pauline Garaedian, HSI Managing Director, stated that, “we truly want Vincentians to be equipped with information about kidney disease and we are doing this by providing health tips that can either reduce the likelihood of or avoid kidney disease in someone’s life altogether. ”
Health Solutions Inc. is a private medical services provider that operates the only haemodialysis facility in SVG.
